You set your date and time of hire. Please note the week-ends and the holidays are busy in Vegas...
Don't wait after the last minute !
You choose your starting point... and your drop off point ( if they are not the same ) in Las Vegas.
During the performance, the Disco Bus will tour on the Strip, Las Vegas sign, and Downtown ( depending on the chosen timing ).
Some places are not accessible for our Disco Bus... don't worry : we'll let you know and help you during the booking !
During your booking's process, you'll choose your music's theme. You can send us your playlist by email a fex days before your event ... or let our DJs do their job !
They know how to adapt to all audiences.
A few days before your event or during your booking, send us the message you want to display on the destination sign on the front of the bus. Not more than 4 or 5 words.
OK we're in Vegas... but please don't ask us to display any inappropriate message !

Our Disco Bus will come to you with plenty of bottled water for you and your guests.
You can also bring your own drinks under some conditions :
- the quantity of drinks must be proportional to the number of guests
- corkscrews are not allowed on board
- please do not sell alcohol on board : we're a bus... not a liquor store !
You must be 21 years old to drink alcohol legally in the United States... and also in Vegas !
We offer an excellent catering service on board with service adapted to this type of experience on wheels. Do not hesitate to ask us !
Your own food is authorized on board under some conditions :
- no hot food
- no smelling food
- the food must be contained in reasonable size containers and stable
- $150 fees would be charged in case of extra cleaning ( we mean : if you made a big mess ! )
For your safety :
- only plastic tablewares are allowed on board
- candles are not allowed on board
Our team will be happy to assist you so that your event takes place in the best conditions.
To process your booking, we'll ask for :
- $50 deposit / booking
- in case of any extra service ( catering, photographer, video man, striper... ) : the corresponding amounts must be full pre-paid.
You will simply pay the balance before boarding by cash or credit / debit card. We accept Visa, Master and American Express cards.
Deposits are only refundable up to 7 days prior to the event.
Sorry but we do not accept checks anymore.
